2. Let’s talk about a simple technology, what phone do you use daily and why? Hridaya Man Shrestha
I used long-range cordless phones in 1995 to ensure consistent contact. I looked into technology like pagers and the first
Sony Ericsson GSM mobile phone out of a desire to stay in touch whenever I wanted. I experimented with Android devices
but found their usability to be difficult. I’ve decided to use an iPhone 7 and an iPhone 11. Before I upgrade, I usually keep
each phone for around five years. When the next upgrade is available, I will replace my iPhone 7 with a newer model as
part of my routine. This cycle enables me to stay up to speed with technology while making sure my equipment is always
working and current.
3. What will buy your next phone? and why?

I’ve decided to get an iPhone 15 today. My wife and kids have been urging me
to upgrade my phone for the past couple of years, and I’ve heeded their advice.
I’ve decided to get the iPhone 15 as my next smartphone to follow their advice
and accept technological improvements. This decision displays my adaptability to
current technology as well as my respect for my family’s thoughts and opinions.
4. Eight of your favorite most-used mobile apps?

Some of my favorite mostly used mobile apps are:

Messenger: Communicate with loved ones in real-time by texting, calling, or
participating in video chats.

YouTube: It is a sizable video platform with a wealth of content that may be used
for exploration, education, and pleasure.

WhatsApp: A private, secure messaging and calling software for staying in touch.

Google Maps: Maps, directions, and real-time traffic updates are all available on
Google Maps, a dependable navigation tool.

TikTok: A platform for short-form creative expression that connects you to trends
and a thriving community.

Hamro Patro: An important cultural resource, Hamro Patro provides details on
Nepali holidays and activities.

Strava: Track your fitness-related activities, such as cycling and running, establish
goals, and interact with like-minded others with Strava.

Spotify: It offers limitless music streaming, playlist building, and the ability to find
new artists and musical genres.
5. You are quite prolific on social media. Huge on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and any other platforms. Talk to
me about that. How do you use the different platforms and how important are they in your daily activity?

In the modern digital landscape, platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok play a vital role. They allow me
to interact with a global audience, present my creative work, and keep informed thanks to shared content. These social media
platforms have supplanted traditional media outlets like TV and radio as the main venues for entertainment, creative expression,
marketing, informational consumption, and lifelong learning. Similar to the functioning of smart devices, this adaptable tool
promotes connectedness, develops creativity, and speeds up the process of learning. As a result, it is a crucial part of a balanced
and intelligent lifestyle.
